The SonoluminaEnsemble is made up of principal players from the Sonolumina Chamber Orchestra, presenting concerts and recroding. Formerly First Clarinetist with the Chicago Civic Opera Co., St. Louis, Cleveland and Philadelphia Symphony Orchestras, Louis DeSantis was one of the finest and most lyrical clarinet artist of his generation.
Following his untimely death in 1940, these wonderful etudes went out of print. Through the DeSantis family, clarinetist Russell Harlow was given permission to re-print this wonderful volume with Mr. DeSantis' corrections that were written down in his personal copy.
